How many days do I need for Panchakarma during a vacation?

It depends on your condition and on which procedures are chosen, which is why we decide it at the online consultation before you travel. As a guide, preparation takes 3-7 days, the main procedures follow, and aftercare continues for 1-2 weeks, much of it at home with diet guidance. If you have only a few days, ask us about individual therapies such as Abhyanga and Shirodhara.

I live abroad and visit Surat for Diwali or the winter holidays. Can I plan Panchakarma for that visit?

Which season is best for an Ayurvedic detox?

Classically, spring (Vasanta) is the season for Panchakarma, and autumn (Sharad) suits Virechana. Early winter favours oil therapies and nourishing care rather than heavy detox. Dr. Rutu Patel adjusts the programme to the season you are visiting in.

Do you provide accommodation?

Ayusaar Ayurveda is an outpatient clinic in Vesu, Surat. You stay with family or at your own hotel and come to the clinic for your sessions.

Can I continue treatment after I go back home?

Yes. Follow-ups are done online, and we can ship your Ayurvedic medicines across India, and internationally on request.
