How does an online Ayurvedic consultation work?

After you book a session, Dr. Rutu Patel will connect with you via a secure video or audio call. Ahead of the session, we review your submitted health concerns. During the call, we assess your body constitution (Prakriti) and current imbalances (Vikriti) to craft a personalized diet, lifestyle, and herbal plan.

Do you ship Ayurvedic products outside Gujarat?

Yes, we ship our authentic Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products securely across India. We also arrange international shipping upon direct inquiry.

Is Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Diagnosis) possible online?

Physical Nadi Pariksha is exclusively done in-person at our Surat clinic. However, Dr. Rutu Patel is highly trained in Ashthavidha Pariksha (8-fold examination) and can accurately assess your Doshas visually and through a detailed clinical questionnaire online.

How long does a typical Panchakarma treatment take?

Panchakarma is a deeply personalized detoxification process. Depending on your condition, it can range from a short 3-day detox protocol to a comprehensive 21-day residential retreat. A prior consultation is mandatory to determine your specific needs.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours in advance. Need help? Just reach out to us via WhatsApp with your booking details.

How do I order Ayurvedic products from your website?

Are your products 100% natural and authentic?

Absolutely. All our products, including our signature Shat Dhauta Ghrita and specialized Hair Oils, are prepared in-house following classical Ayurvedic texts. They contain 100% natural herbs and are free from harmful chemicals or synthetic preservatives.
